Hi. I am Rahul Singh, the voice behind Life Beginner.
I live a simple life in a small city in India, and I practice mindfulness and meditation every day.
I started life beginner in January 2013, and since then have helped many people find peace, happiness, and meaning in their life.
My inspiration to live a simple life comes from my grandfather, we affectionately called him Baba, who helped me realize how our happiness and well-being have nothing to do with our possessions, money, or fulfilling our desires.
But my journey towards gaining full understanding about conscious living wasn’t an easy one. I had to go through several painful moments in my life, and had to suffer a lot, before I gained the right understanding about the nature of life and how we are supposed to live it.
I became interested in learning more about mindfulness and meditation in early 2008 and since then have continued to learn more and more about them and practice them regularly in my daily life.
Now, having found my path in life, I help others to find their path.
If you, too, struggle with such problems in your life when you want to know the right way to live, the right way to understand your life, and the right way to practice mindfulness and meditation, I can help you with all such problems as I, too, have faced them once and can help you find the best way out of them.
