We don’t know so many things about our life.
We don’t know why we feel pain, or why we suffer, or why we fail to live a happy life, even when we don’t do anything wrong. When we go through a crisis, we ask ourself why did it happen to us, and not to anyone else.
We have so many questions about ourself, to which we want the answers, but don’t know how.
We try one solution after another, but never seem to find the right answers that fully satisfy us.
I have struggled with all such issues in past, and I still struggle with them every day. And every time, the only thing that helps me to find the right answers is Meditation.
Meditation helps you solve every problem of your life, if you allow it to do so. When you stop to look for answers outside, and start to look for them within you, you’ll always find them, no matter how hard your problems are.
And the answers you find through meditation are always the one that are in perfect sync with your inner self. You will know when you find the perfect solution to your problems, that are unique to you.
Meditation helps you understand the nature of your body and mind. It helps you to understand yourself at such deep levels, that even the best psychologists can’t match. It helps you to find even those answers which you can’t find in books.
Meditation helps you become independent, and learn from the self.
It helps you find permanent solutions to your life problems, and not quick-fixes as most other methods do. It gives you the reasons for your actions, and makes you understand why you do what you do.
Meditation also helps you to do all your duties without attachment. It helps you to do what’s important and necessary, and let go what’s not.
We like to control every moment of our life, and when things don’t happen as per our way, we feel unhappy and angry. Meditation helps you to gain control over yourself, and yet be happy and peaceful when things go wrong.
So, whenever you feel unhappy, confused, or clueless about your life don’t search for the solution outside in books, teachers, or on the internet. Instead, sit down, close your eyes, relax, focus on your breathe, and meditate on the problem. And you’ll find the solution soon.
How soon the solutions come to you depends upon the nature of your problems and the depth of your meditation. While simple problems may take few minutes, some deeper problems may take you days, months, or even years to solve.
But, whatever your problem, meditation will help you find the best solution, which will also be a permanent one, to your problems.
Start practicing it today whenever you get time and at whatever place you can. You don’t need a sound-proof house, or a deep forest to meditate. If you really want to meditate, you’ll find several opportunities to do so, in your regular life. You can practice it while waiting in a queue, on your way home in a bus, or at your desk right now.
The practice of meditation will open new doors for you. You’ll find you are becoming more happy and peaceful with each day. You’ll find that, suddenly, you seem to know what’s the right thing to do in any situation. You’ll find all these and much more as you keep meditating every day.
